Art
Director/Designer
As
one of the founding members of Adsoka, Gretchen Westbrock plays
the role of designer and art director.
She earned
a BFA from the University
of Dayton in
Ohio with a major in visual communications design
and a minor in marketing.
Gretchen's fundamental makeup is a mixture of right brain
creativity and left brain logic. She has a true passion
for graphic design because it exercises both of her talents
by combining artistic imagination with analytical problem
solving.
She has a love for typography and gets great
satisfaction when she knows she has found the perfect
typeface for a design or brand. She also enjoys watching
the trends of
color and design and reflecting on how current events
and popular culture affect those trends.
She has been
an active member of AIGA and
co-chaired the
Mentorship Committee. When not designing, Gretchen enjoys
golf and other outdoor sports, reality television and spending time with her family (including her yellow lab Mavis).
